Villa Construction · Abu Dhabi
Built properly.
From the ground up.
Whether building a considered family home or a complex private residence, AUJ manages the construction process with the same focus on planning, coordination, workmanship and delivery.

Everything your villa needs. Managed by AUJ.
One contractor.
One coordinated build.
AUJ manages complete villa construction across Abu Dhabi and the UAE — bringing structure, MEP, waterproofing, façades, interiors, joinery, landscaping, pools and specialist systems together under one accountable contractor.
Where specialist expertise is required, AUJ appoints and manages the appropriate subcontractors and suppliers as part of the overall construction programme. The client continues to deal with AUJ — not a collection of separate trades.

Villa Types
Different homes.
One standard of delivery.
Family villas, custom residences, high-specification homes and larger private residences — each planned around its own design, requirements and specification.
Family Villas
Considered family homes, built to the drawings and specification with the same planning and coordination applied to every AUJ project.
Custom Villas
Individually designed homes, with AUJ working alongside the client’s consultants and designers to execute the design as drawn.
High-Specification Villas
Homes with demanding finishes, joinery and specialist systems, where the coordination of detail between trades matters most.
Large Private Residences
Larger and more complex residences that call for structured programme management, procurement and multi-trade coordination.
Different scales. Different specifications. One standard of delivery.

Behind the finish
What you don’t see matters.
Beautiful finishes are only the final layer. What matters just as much is everything underneath them.

From structural works and MEP coordination to waterproofing, façades and final finishing, AUJ maintains oversight throughout construction to ensure every stage meets the standard expected at handover.
